Account Deactivation Policy - Orko Pro

User can deactivate his/her account anytime from his/her profile page. Please check the process below via screenshot,

For deleting user data, user has to follow below steps:

• Log in into the Orko Pro App.
• Click into the Profile Picture Icon in the home page top bar, this will open the Profile Page.
• In the profile page, Click the setting icon, this will open the settings page.
• In the setting page, Click the account
• In the account page, Click the delete Account.
• In the delete page, Click the Delete Account button.
• In the pop up, Click yes to Delete Account
• This will delete the user data and disable all the action for that user.

• Click the setting icon, this will open the settings page.
• In the setting page, Click the setting tab
• In the setting tab, Click the Delete Account.
• In the pop up, Click yes to Delete Account
• This will delete the user data and disable all the action for that user.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
