Payment Policy

Customer can pay both through online and offline.


Offline payments :

For offline payments customer can pay physically in the designated chamber by cash. If the designated doctor allows or have any other payment module such as MFS, BANKS, CREDIT CARDS patient may use these. Upon taking the service of a doctor customer will pay to the doctor or to his assistant based on the modality that the doctor has. An additional charge of BDT 25 tk will be added to the bill as a platform charge.

Online payments :

Customer can pay online payments through ORKO app only for VIRTUAL CARE service. If patients want to make any appointment within 48 hours of service, then they have to make full amount for confirming their booking. Customer can pay via MFS, BANKS, CREDIT CARDS in ORKO app. An additional charge of BDT 25 tk will be added bill as a platform charge.

Return

If patients cancel their confirmed / rescheduled appointment during the timeline, patient will get the full appointment fee and the amount will be transferred to patients mentioned account within 72 working hours. Orko platform will keep the additional amount of BDT 25 tk as platform charge.
