Patient Appointment:

  • If patients want to make any appointment within 48 hours of service, then they have to make full amount for confirming their booking
  • Patient can book appointment for maximum 10 days from the date of booking without making any payment but payment has to be made before 24 hours for confirmation his/her appointment otherwise booking will be cancelled
  • Patient will receive 1st notification for making full payment just starting 48 hours before appointment if they failed to pay within this time period then 2nd notification will be sent to them before 36 hours of appointment if they failed again then final notification will be sent to them before 24 hours of appointment if they failed here for making payment and confirmation of booking then booking will automatically be cancelled within an hour or if they make payment here then appointment will be confirmed of their selected time.

Reschedule of Patient Appointment:

If patients want to reschedule their confirmed appointment, then first they have to make following additional charges for such reschedule:

  • If rescheduling attempt's time is within 0-6 hours of actual appointed time, then charge will be 50% of total appointment fee
  • If rescheduling attempt's time is within 6-12 hours of actual appointed time, then charge will be 25% of total appointment fee

Cancellation of Patient Appointment:

If patients want to cancel their confirmed or rescheduled appointment, then following penalty will be charged for such cancellation:

  • If cancellation attempt's time is within 0-6 hours of actual appointed time, then charge will be 100% of total appointment fee
  • If cancellation attempt's time is within 6-12 hours of actual appointed time, then charge will be 50% of total appointment fee

Further it is also mentionable that after successful appointment or reschedule of appointment, patient is absent during appointment / consultation then this absent will be treated as cancellation of appointment and full amount will be charged as penalty.

Return of Patient Amount:

If patients cancel their confirmed / rescheduled appointment, then after deduction of mentioned penalty/charges rest amount will be transferred to patients mentioned account within 72 working hours.
